Century will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery by the usps. However, we will do our best to get your package to you as quickly as possible. We will do everything we can to provide you with everything you need to track your package and make the receipt of your purchase as quick and comfortable as possible. If you receive a damaged package please contact the usps immediately. if you receive an incorrect shipment, please contact us as soon as possible to reslolve the issue at 508.487.2334.
Century's "store" policy is store credit or exchange only, however, we understand that you are purchasing a product that you have not seen, felt, or experienced - that changes the game, we get it! So, we would like to extend you a 15 day return policy. That means: We must receive the item within 15 days of your receipt. Return shipping at your cost, you must enclose the valid receipt of your purchase, the item must be brand new, in the exact condition it was shipped it to you, with the tags in place and in the original packaging. The product must show no signs of wear. We will gladly return your money minus any costs incurred by Century, if all the above mentioned conditions are met. This applies to all items in our shop with the exception of custom orders. Custom orders, due to the very personal nature of the product never qualify for return or exchange nor store credit. You are made aware of this when the custom order is accepted and placed. however, should you feel it was not made clear to you at the time of the order, we have made it our business to write it here just to make sure that our policy is clear, we do not accept returns on items in the category of custom items. If any item is returned without the original receipt, packing or hardware, tags, appears to have been worn, etc. we will not be able to issue a refund, and will return the item to the customer at their expense. No exception will be made. If an item is returned to Century clearly damaged during shipping we will not be able to process a refund and will return the item to the customer at the customer's expense. Defective And Damaged Packages:
defective product (not damaged parcel) Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed with Century within 15 days of receipt and documented with images of damage and defect. We encourage you to inspect your items immediately upon delivery. we will not accept returns after the grace period expires and we will not accept product damaged in transit. we ask that you take action immediately If you notice damage as a result of shipping. please let your USPS carrier know and proceed with filing a claim with USPS. if you need help call century at 508.487.2334.
